If you’re a student looking to develop your skills as a therapist and work alongside some of the nation’s best practitioners of occupational therapy, behavior analysis, physical therapy and speech therapy, we have a place for you at Connections Therapy Center.
We offer observation, volunteer and practicum opps for special educators, psychologists, and behavior specialist/analyst students. In partnership with the county’s leading therapy schools, we offer rotations in a variety of settings across the U.S.
You will work with a variety of diagnoses to gain valuable clinical experiences, working hands on with senior-level therapists helping children and adolescents with special needs from birth through adolescence.
Our people are committed to helping children and adolescents succeed, and we create a warm, friendly environment that benefits the child during therapy, but also makes for a pleasant work environment, where everyone involved is working towards the same goal. Our behavior analysts take a multi-disciplinary approach in developing an individualized program for each child we treat. This approach provides students with a broader understanding of how various therapy disciplines work together to improve the quality of life for the child as a whole.
