Billing & Insurance
Our mission of helping children and adolescents succeed includes helping to make life easier for their parents and families. Understanding the complex world of insurance claims and reimbursement programs is one more challenge that parents face in seeking help for their children and adolescents with special needs. We are here to help you navigate the process.
Insurance issues will vary from patient to patient and plan to plan, and there is rarely a single, one-size-fits-all solution. We can provide support and help you understand the details of your specific plan. Because we specialize in serving children and adolescents with special needs, we have experience with reimbursement programs related to these services. We work with all insurance plans to verify coverage and benefits.
To get started with therapy services, we will need some basic information from you, including:
- A prescription or order of referral from your child’s primary physician. You may get this yourself from your child’s physician, or we can request it from them for you.
- A copy of your primary insurance card and/or your child’s Medicaid card. If your child is covered under your insurance plan AND has Medicaid coverage, please provide us with both cards.
- Completed and signed New Patient Forms, available here.
